Who we are
One contractor, fourteen trades, one point of contact
Rouyat Building Contracting is a building contracting company based at Al Mosa Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, opposite the Museum of the Future. We work across Trade Centre First and the rest of the emirate, and we take on projects in the wider UAE where the scope justifies the travel.
What we do is straightforward. We take on interior fit-out, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works, finishes and ongoing maintenance, and we run them ourselves rather than acting as a broker between you and a chain of subcontractors. When a job needs a ceiling contractor, an electrician, a plumber, a tiler and a painter, all five are ours and all five answer to the same supervisor.
That matters more than it sounds. Most of the delay and most of the argument on a small or mid-sized project comes from the gaps between trades: work that gets covered before it is finished, services that clash, or nobody willing to own a defect. Running the trades under one contract closes those gaps.
How we work
Quality, safety and a site you can walk through
Quality on a contracting job is decided before the finish goes on. We spend the time on preparation, levels and setting out, because that is what determines whether a ceiling reads straight, whether tiling stays sound and whether a paint finish still looks right after a year in Dubai humidity. Work is checked as it goes rather than only at the end, and anything that is not right is redone rather than filled.
Safety is handled the same way. Our teams work with the right access equipment, isolate services before touching them, and follow the site and building rules wherever we are working, including the access, timing and permit requirements that building management in Dubai towers apply.
Site cleanliness is not a courtesy, it is part of the job. Protection goes down before work starts, dust is contained, waste is removed rather than stacked in a corner, and the space is swept and cleared at the end of every working day. When you visit, you should be able to walk through the site without stepping around a mess.

We work for office tenants and landlords, retail and food and beverage operators, villa and apartment owners, property managers and building owners. A project might be a full commercial fit-out, a single bathroom, a repaint before a new tenancy, or a maintenance contract covering a whole building.
Our base on Sheikh Zayed Road puts us within reach of most of Dubai, and we cover the emirate for both project work and call-outs, including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Deira, Bur Dubai, Dubai Marina, JLT, Dubai Silicon Oasis and the surrounding communities. Site visits and quotations are free anywhere in Dubai.
